Mike Foster
Mike Foster has been actively engaged in working with young people and parents for over a decade. Utilizing both creativity and his passion for people, Mike has been addressing the issue of pornography and it's impact on our culture. In 2002, Mike founded XXXchurch.com and led the creative vision for this ministry till 2006. Mike has appeared on CNN, FOXNEWS, Good Morning America and has been featured in the New York Times. He currently lives in Southern California with his wife Jennifer and his two children, Jackson and Taylor.

Tracy Carpenter
Tracy Carpenter received her Masters at the Londen Institute in 2004 and obtained her Doctorate in Ministry January of 2006. She is most recently the children's pastor at Crossroads and worked with 1500 kids per week through her ministry. Tracy travels around the country speaking to thousands of children’s pastors, sharing her vision on how to effectively reach kids today. She has been published multiple times in national magazines and produces an array of children’s curriculum nationally through Standard Publishing. Tracy is a visionary with strong goals, Godly leadership, and endless enthusiasm for life. Tracy lives in Southern California with her husband Mike and their two teenage children.

David Wever
David Wever is the West Coast Program Director and main speaker for the Every Man’s Battle Workshop presented by New Life Ministries. David is a graduate of Trinity Evangelical Divinity School where he received a Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology. David is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice in Granite Bay, CA. In his practice he specializes in sexuality and marriage issues from a Christian perspective. He is also an adjunct professor at Western Seminary in Sacramento, CA helping to train future Christian counselors in their field. David and his wife, Rebecca, have three children, Abigail, Micah, and Sarah. They live in Folsom, CA.

Elisa Velasquez
Elisa Velasquez is a woman on a mission to help people effect positive change in their lives. She has worked with teenagers for over 9 years and has been actively involved in counseling parents and teens. Elisa has led and created purity conferences for girls specifically addressing sexuality issues. She also has over eight years of project management experience working with non-profits. She currently lives in El Paso, Texas with her husband Eli.

Kyle Koehler
Kyle is a junior at Cal State Fullerton. His major study is in English with the intention of teaching high school. He is an ambassador for the STEP credential program and he also holds a position on the Dean Advisory Board. Kyle is the Director of Project development for Ethur. His culturally relevant approach, new ideas, and input make him an integral part of the project development process. Kyle enjoys mentoring kids and believes it is possible for every child to discover how to unlock and achieve his or her potential.
